Excellent Service .. hotel arranged for room cleaning early and we were able to check in at 1300Hrs .. GREAT SERVICE! Staff at reception were very helpful with our queries for directions to places. Breakfast buffet is excellent We were also allowed extended checkout until 1300Hrs .. Overall ... a great hotel .. STRONGLY RECOMMEND .. very near to all the places of interest in the city ..

the breakfast was outstanding with all kinds of options. It was fresh and displayed well. The location of the hotel was perfect. Easy short walk to S bahn or just walk to the sights. Tons of close by restaurants, shops and historical sights. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and suggesting places to visit. When it was time to go they arranged a large van for our party of 6 to take us to the train. The van arrived 15 mins early.

Location was awesome. Breakfast was super. Staff member Dominic was fantastic, gave us a kettle to use in our room as we had no tea & coffee facilities which we thought was standard part of the rooms, but got told by manager!! No this was not. His customer service was amazing!! Thanks Dominic. Cute little boutique hotel.

Wonderful location and breakfast was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On our last morning we overslept. We came down for breakfast 30 minutes before it closed. Everyone was still very friendly and helpful. They were not upset or worried that we were coming down 30 minutes before they needed to clean up. We always stay at Hotel Concorde when we visit Munich. The location is perfect for walking around. This trip we parked in the Hofbräuhaus parking garage. The hotel parking is very small and kind of tricky. Hofbräuhaus parking is close, very clean and large, easy parking option for this area.

room and bed very comfortable, clean, and the little touches meant a lot (having tea/coffee in the room, chocolate on the pillow), the decor was very nice and sleek, and the location in the heart of the city and closeness to trains made it an excellent choice for exploring Munich but also travelling to other locations

The Hotel Concorde staff was very inviting and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator/minibar. It was surprisingly quite even though on a city street. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of food. The location is ideal for exploring the old city...just blocks away from the Hofbrauhaus and Marienplatz. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The most convenient thing about the hotel location is its' proximity to the nearest S-bahn station. It is only a block and a half walk to the Isator Station with a direct train to the Munich Airport.

The Hotel Concorde was perfect for our family of four and an older grandmother. We had three rooms. The check and staff man was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff serving it were super efficient and friendly. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning service was respectful of our timeframe. The parking garage, although there was a cost for it was extremely convenient and the location was perfect because of access to the alt Stadt and the hofbrauhaus. There is not air conditioning, although it was not a problem for us. The bathrooms are kind of small by American standards, but perfectly fine by Germany standards.

Location is amazing, on a quiet street yet such a close walk to the main square and easily accessible by metros. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs for a softer mattress by providing a mattress pad and extra duvet at no extra charge. AC worked very well. Perfect little room for 2, especially if you don’t plan on spending much time in the hotel anyhow!

The hotel is very well located -just far enough from Marienplatz to be quiet, but close enough to be near the action. Access is easy with the Isator and Marienplatz stations close by. There is excellent shopping and eating options close by. It is an easy walk to the Deutsches Museum. The staff at reception were very helpful and provided us with a kettle and cups, and also tea-bags. Although we had a basement room it looked out onto a garden area and was quiet and spacious. The bed was comfortable, storage was good and the bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast room was extremely busy but the staff worked very hard to replenish food and find seating for everyone. We would be happy to stay here again.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and that made the stay memorable. On top of that, we were able to check in before noon even tho check in was at 3pm. Was very appreciative of that since I have old folks in my group. The place is within walking distance to S-bahn, near enough to city attractions but far from the crowd.
